Recorded in the middle of real life, this episode is a gentle reflection on overwhelm, overflow, and the invitations hidden in interruption.
When life feels too full, God reminds us that His overflow is not found in excess, but in peace.
Lately, God has been reminding me that He is not a God of overwhelm. When overwhelm shows up, it is often an invitation to pause, to breathe, and to return to His presence. Overflow does not always look like more time, more resources, or more capacity. Sometimes it looks like peace in the middle of an interruption.
In this episode, I invite you to consider whether the interruptions in your day might be gentle invitations rather than obstacles, and whether overwhelm could be a signal to slow down rather than push harder.
If life feels noisy or unfinished lately, this is your reminder that you are not behind. It might just be an invitation to slow down.
Episode Notes
This episode was recorded in the midst of interruptions. You will hear a baby being soothed, and a dog needing redirection. These moments are intentionally left in as a reminder that God often meets us not in quiet perfection or polish, but in the middle of everyday life.

Where are you currently feeling overwhelmed? Where might God be inviting you to pause or release the pressure He didn’t intend for you to carry this week?
What would it look like to measure this week by peace rather than progress?
